Shipping Area

We currently ship within Germany, within the European Union (EU), to Switzerland, and internationally.

Deliveries within the EU are customs-free.

Deliveries to Switzerland and to international destinations may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, which must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Germany

• A flat shipping fee of 7.99 € per order applies.

European Union (EU)

• Free shipping applies to orders of €200 or more (after discounts, excluding shipping costs).

• For orders below €200, a flat shipping fee of 13.99 € per order applies.

Switzerland

• A flat shipping fee of 18.99 CHF per order applies.

International (outside the EU & Switzerland)

• International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country.

• Customers will see the exact shipping cost during checkout, once the delivery address has been entered.

Delivery Times

• Germany: Usually 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

• Within the EU: Usually 3–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

• Switzerland: Typically 5–14 business days, depending on DHL transit times and local conditions.

• International orders (outside the EU and Switzerland): Usually 5–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International Shipping

We also ship worldwide.

For orders shipped to Switzerland or outside the EU, local authorities may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer directly to the customs office or delivery service.

Returns:

• Switzerland: Returns are possible; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs handling fees that may occur during the return process. Please contact us before sending anything back.

• Outside the EU & Switzerland: Returns may be difficult or, in some cases, not possible due to customs regulations and high international shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can review your case individually.

For international deliveries, local carriers in the destination country may handle the final delivery.

Please note that for certain destinations, tracking information may be limited or unavailable once the shipment leaves the EU.
